I’m proud to have made my maiden speech this afternoon during the House of Commons debate on ‘Building a High-Skilled Economy’.
I spoke about supporting local services including Post Offices, bus services and maternity services at the HRI, and I praised the many innovative and enterprising businesses in the constituency which are working hard to flourish during difficult economic times.
And I also found time to wish Huddersfield Town good luck for the next season.
