Jason met local residents, police, the developer and the site owner at the old Brooks Dye works site in Meltham on Saturday. The site has become vandalised and is a hot spot for antisocial behaviour. It’s now hopeful that demolition work can begin in the next few months ahead of a housing scheme.
*** BREAKING NEWS – Natural England have given approval for the developent today, which will hopefully mean that the remaining vandalised structure will be demolished very soon.

Seems a shame two months have passed and nothing has happened. Is anyone really committed to this?
