Yorkshire on Track for High Speed Rail

Jason has welcomed news that the first stage of the high-speed HS2 rail network that will link London, Birmingham and Leeds has been given the go-ahead by the Government. Jason says:

“This is a once in a generation opportunity to tear down the North/South divide to bring more jobs and more growth to Yorkshire. HS2 will free up capacity on already-busy existing local rail lines.”
