Jason gave a speech in the Governance of the Football Association debate in Parliament. Jason supported the call for reforms of the FA. Jason supports the Football Supporters’ Federation’s call for 5 fans to be representatives on the FA Council and for a supporter on the FA board.

These proposals would hopefully lead to an increase in the diversity of representation at the top decision making levels in football. Safe standing, homophobia, ticket prices, club ownership, kick off times, stadium accessibility are among the big issues to be tackled. As a member of the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee and as a Huddersfield Town season ticket holder, Jason will keep campaigning.
